We used a Chocolate cookie crust, with just a dash of cinnamon. The Cappuccino is a two layer cheesecake.  The bottom layer is flavored with espresso, kahlua, and semi-sweet chocolate. The top layer is a creamy vanilla cheesecake. The top is garnished with chocolate espresso beans.
